Our services

PyramidsX provides website design and development, digital marketing, social media management, AI automation, paid advertising, and brand identity services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement between you and PyramidsX, which prevails over these general terms.

Quotations

Quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Estimates are based on the information you provide; material changes to scope may change the price and timeline.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due per the agreed schedule. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, branding, and materials you supply, and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. You warrant that your use of our deliverables will comply with applicable laws.

Third-party platforms

Campaigns and integrations run on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and hosting providers) are subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to pricing, policy, or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PyramidsX's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
